DEVENIR DISTRIBUTEUR

  • Être légalement constitué en personne morale (Ets, SARLU, SARL, S.A…), avec un RCCM et un code NIF (Numéro d’identifiant fiscal) à jour ;
  • Disposer d’au moins un ou plusieurs magasins (50 ou 100 m² minimum) de stockage bénéficiant d’une bonne visibilité ;
  • Disposer d’au moins un ou plusieurs magasins faciles d’accès pouvant accueillir de camions semi-remorques ou remorques ;
  • Disposer d’au moins un ou plusieurs camions pour le transport des produits finis et retour des emballages (De nos centres de distributions à vos magasins de ventes) ;
  • Disposer d’au moins ou plusieurs véhicules utilitaires (Model Renault Express, Kangoo, Car Hiace, Pickup, Tricycle…) pour la distribution porte-à-porte ;
  • Disposer de moyen financier allant de 300 millions GNF à 500 millions GNF ou plus pour les distributeurs intéressés uniquement par nos boissons gazeuses et de 500 millions GNF à 800 millions GNF ou plus pour les distributeurs mixtes (Bières et boissons gazeuses). A défaut disposer d’une caution bancaire équivalente afin de garantir les enlèvements par chèque ;
  • Disposer d’un compte bancaire ;
  • Respecter nos conditions générales de ventes (ce document vous sera soumis pendant votre 1er Rendez-vous dans nos locaux.
  • Un courrier de demande d’ouverture de compte adressée au Directeur Commercial et marketing
  • La copie du registre de commerce (RCCM)
  • La copie du NIF (à jour)
  • Deux Photos d’identité et la copie de la pièce d’identité ou passeport du Directeur de la société ou de son Représentant
  • Lettre de mandat et deux photos d’identité ainsi que la copie de la pièce d’identité ou passeport dans le cas où une ou deux personnes de votre choix serait amenée à vous représenter sur le plan commercial.
  • Le plan de localisation du ou des magasins (via Google Maps ou autres moyens)
  • La copie de vos affiliations bancaires
  • Les photos du / des Camoin(s) et véhicules utilitaires affectés à l’enlèvement et à la distribution des boissons.
NB: Envoyer sous pli fermé à la Direction Commerciale à Bonfi (Ville de Conakry) ou à l’un de nos centres de distributions (Ville de Kankan_au quartier Bordo, Ville de N’zerekore_derrière la Cathédrale à Nakoyakpala, Ville de Kissidougou_Quartier Korodou face Camp Militaire). A défaut, scanner tous les documents et envoyer par mail à digital.sobragui@castel-afrique.com
